This £4.0 million fast track contract was completed on programme in 14 weeks from a two-week lead-in period. 
The building services included full air conditioning, electrical and plumbing services to the ancillary office and communal areas, as well as to the telesales area with distribution to individual desks via an 800mm floor void.
